We are currently recruiting for Grounds Maintenance Operative's to join a friendly team based in Manchester (M23 9LF). There is also an open position for someone with cemetery operative training.
Key Duties:
- Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
- Operating small plant machinery including:
- Pedestrian mowers
- Strimmers
- Hedge cutters
- Leaf blowers
- Assisting with a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (up to 3.5 tonne) – Essential
- COTS Ticket (Cemetery Operatives)
- Experience driving a tipper and trailer – Preferred
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:15am – 3:00pm
- 36.25 hours per week
- up to £15 per hour
Contract:
- 12-week temporary assignment with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
- Drug and alcohol test on induction
