Service Co-ordinator
Location: 19 Pelham Road Sherwood Nottingham NG5 1AP
Salary: £27,500 + on call payment
Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, on a shift Pattern 7-3 9-5 and 11-7 This role also includes participation in the on-call rota.

TuVida are looking for a new Service Co-ordinator to help deliver our vision of a society where every person who is ill or disabled and every carer can live well and enjoy life.
The role:
- Play a pivotal role with our field-based teams, providing support on areas of concern, supporting supervisions, and escalating concerns to the Care Manager where appropriate.
- Responsible and accountable for planning and organising the field based teams
- Support new employees with introduction to the rostering process during and following shadowing and induction.
- Allocate call times and place staff within their contracted hours into the client’s calls ensuring that a good level of consistency of service is delivered to our clients.
- Manage all staff rotas for the area ensuring the skilled use of optimisation and travel module systems

- Experience of working in the health and social care sector
- Experience in scheduling – use of roster systems
- Customer service in a care planning and rostering setting
