The Opportunity
This is a high-ticket, recurring commission role. You identify and approach companies that need a strategic software development partner, introduce Aleron IT, and close the relationship. We handle everything from there.
Commission is paid as a percentage of the contract value for the full duration of the business relationship. Every month the client partnership continues, you continue earning. There is no cap.

We are now looking for self-motivated commission-based sales partners to help us establish new long-term partnerships with UK and Western European companies that need a reliable, cost-effective software development partner.

We position as a long-term partner, not a supplier. Our engagements are built around trust, continuity, and deep integration with the client's business.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a prospect database of relevant UK and Western European companies
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other channels at your discretion
- Qualify leads and present Aleron IT as a long-term development partner to the right decision makers — typically CTOs, Heads of Engineering, IT Directors, and founders
- Close partnership agreements and hand over to our technical leadership team
- No delivery or account management responsibility once the partnership is established
Compensation
- Fully commission-based — no base salary
- Percentage of contract value paid monthly for the full duration of the client partnership
- Uncapped — the larger and longer the engagement, the more you earn
- Residual income — as long as the partnership continues, so does your commission
Who We're Looking For
- Based in the UK or Western Europe, or with strong existing networks in these markets
- Fluent English essential — written and spoken to a very high standard
- Experience selling IT services, software outsourcing, managed development, or technology partnerships is a strong advantage
- Comfortable approaching and building relationships with technical and commercial decision makers
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently
