Job Title: Mid-Level Air Conditioning Service Engineer
Location: Northamptonshire based with nationwide travel
Role Type: Full-time, nationwide travel required
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our team, based in Northamptonshire.
This role would suit someone with around 5 to 7 years’ experience who is confident working independently but still keen to learn, develop, and grow with the business. The right person will take pride in their work, communicate well with customers, and be comfortable with early starts, long days, and occasional nights away when required.
We work nationwide, so flexibility, commitment, and a good attitude are essential.
The Role
You will be carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair work on air conditioning systems across a range of commercial and domestic sites. You will be expected to travel nationwide when needed, with occasional stay-aways.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years’ air conditioning service experience preferred
- Valid F-Gas certification
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and service skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Comfortable with early mornings, long days, and occasional nights away
- Professional, reliable, and keen to keep learning
