Assistant Salon Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist – Part-Time
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Salon Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist to join our multi award-winning beauty salon.
We're looking for a motivated, organised and experienced professional who is passionate about the beauty industry and enjoys leading by example. This is a hands-on role combining salon management responsibilities with delivering exceptional beauty treatments to our loyal clientele.
Working closely with the Salon Director, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the salon while supporting and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Working Hours
- Alternate Mondays: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Wednesdays: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Fridays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the Salon Director with the day-to-day management of the salon
- Support, motivate and lead the team
- Oversee the salon in the Salon Director's absence, including holiday cover
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a smooth daily operation
- Manage appointment flow and support reception when required
- Carry out a wide range of beauty and massage treatments to a high standard
- Help maintain high standards throughout the salon and contribute to business growth
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' salon experience
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Leader
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Confident in all aspects of beauty therapy and massage
- Experienced in facial electrical treatments
- Confident in BIAB and waxing treatments
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Positive, professional and passionate about delivering outstanding client care
Desirable
- Reflexology qualification and experience
