Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Parts Advisor to give total customer satisfaction; ensuring every customer order or enquiry is dealt with care, attention and concentration. Working in a professional manner, utilising all the available technology to ensure we get it right, first time, every time. Continually strengthening relationships, building rapport with every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and supplying the correct parts for customers in an efficient and timely manner utilising all available technology and technical information.
- Encouraging new customers and new business from all areas.
- Positively influencing every customer experience.
- Taking note of any special delivery instructions and acting accordingly. Ensure every customer’s wishes are adhered to. Communicate with the relevant parties to ensure every instruction is followed precisely.
- Promoting and selling related products over the telephone using experience and knowledge of product association.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the motor trade.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
