The post holder will be required to work Monday to Friday between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. Flexibility to meet the needs of the service is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that Domestic Services staff provide a high-quality, comprehensive cleaning and meal service across wards and departments.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operational management of the team, with a particular focus on evening service delivery. As part of this role, you will be expected to provide support and supervision to the evening domestic teams based at Tenby Cottage Hospital and Pembroke Dock Health Centre. Therefore, the ability to travel between sites in a timely manner is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; however, applications are equally welcomed from both Welsh and English speakers.
