Care Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable adults by providing high-quality care and support in their own homes.
You will help clients maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life while providing practical assistance and companionship.
Please note:
- We do not offer visa sponsorship.
- Applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- All successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS check.
Working Hours
We are currently recruiting for morning, afternoon/evening and weekend shifts.
Typical shifts may include:
- 6:45am – 2:00pm
- 4:00pm – 11:00pm
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with regular rotas to provide consistency and stability.

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional, person-centred care and support within clients' own homes.
- Assisting clients with personal care while maintaining their dignity, privacy and independence.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Supporting clients with medication in line with their individual care plans and company procedures.
- Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties where required.
- Supporting clients with everyday activities and encouraging independence.
- Developing positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families.
- Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, supervisors and the wider care team.
- Following individual care plans and reporting any concerns or changes in a client's condition.
- Maintaining professional standards and ensuring clients receive safe, respectful and compassionate care.

Care is provided across areas including:
