With the growing success of our Boutique Personal Training Gyms we are looking for our next Coaches to help us expand and make a huge positive impact in the North East. We have clubs in Gosforth, Ponteland and North Shields. With another club opening in Stocksfield.
The Confidence Coach was created to help people improve their fitness in a safe space. Under the guidance and support of our expert coaches.
The perfect candidate would be caring, welcoming and be able to aim higher every day.
You must be able to engage with our members and be an excellent communicator on and off the gym floor.
You must be focused on customer service and have a keen eye for attention to detail. We are looking for problem solvers and coaches who want to actively level up what we already deliver.
As a company we invest our time and resources into ensuring our coaches are always developed with additional CPD training online and offline support. Extra events through the year and 1:1 development with your line managers.
All our roles are full-time positions and are on an employed basis. But we also have opportunities for part time and self employed applicants where appropriate.
We believe in providing a career for our Personal Trainers, providing a stable monthly income. We give you 28 days holiday per year and pension contributions.
Career progression from Coach to other roles is also an opportunity for the right candidates in the future.
