Factory Operative - Precision

As an engineering solutions provider, the Lincoln site offers advanced Silicone and Organic rubber products for a wide range of diverse applications, including automotive, mining, agricultural and the construction sector, through our three main product groups, Air & Fluid Handling, High-Tech Coated Fabrics, and Industrial Motion.

· Knowledge of manufacturing either silicone or Organic hose products.
· Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Familiar with Continuous Improvement processes and 5S culture.
Starting rate: £12.71 per hour for day shift (rising to a minimum of £13.37 on successful completion of probation, depending on role), extra £1.39 if on shift work or extra £3.10 if on night shift (the night shift premium will depend on successful completion of the probation period and skills acquired).
