What you'll be doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll speak with customers over the phone, understand their individual circumstances and guide them through their insurance options. Your focus will always be on providing the right outcome for each customer and delivering an excellent experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers to understand their insurance requirements.
- Creating new insurance quotes and processing renewals.
- Explaining insurance products and cover in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
- Answering customer queries and providing updates on policies.
- Identifying additional products where they genuinely meet a customer's needs.
- Accurately recording customer information across multiple systems.
- Working closely with your team to deliver excellent customer service.
What we're looking for
You don't need previous insurance experience, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
We're looking for people who have:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
- A genuine passion for helping customers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to stay calm and empathetic when supporting customers.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
