We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and versatile Business Administrator to join our Head Office team in Aylestone, Leicester.
This is a varied role supporting our growing nursery group across business operations, finance, property and facilities. If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating projects and keeping everything organised behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role
As Business Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to Head Office, Nursery Managers and senior leaders
- Support day-to-day business operations across the group
- Coordinate projects and new nursery integrations
- Manage suppliers, contracts and service providers
- Coordinate property maintenance, refurbishments and compliance
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and maintenance teams
- Maintain compliance records and servicing schedules
- Support finance with invoices, payments and supplier accounts
- Assist with monthly finance reporting
- Maintain systems, trackers and business report
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience in business administration, office management, operations or a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors or projects
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A professional, trustworthy and confidential approach
- The confidence to work independently while being part of a wider team
A full UK driving licence is desirable as occasional travel between our nursery settings may be required.
