Responsibilities
- Supervise and support care staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Assist residents with medication management
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents at all times

- Lead by example in adhering to health and safety regulations and infection control procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience working within a care home environment, specialising in senior care is preferred
- Supervising or leadership experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual needs
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for older adults
- Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Pay: £13.50 per hour
