Three Sixty Property Management Solutions Ltd is a small family-run business based in Slough, Berkshire operating nationally. We are a fast-growing tech-heavy company. We manage over 600 properties in various locations.
Responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs, and tackling a range of other practical tasks and general help with day-to-day office tasks. Having a positive '' can do'' attitude and being able to find solutions using their initiative.
You will be expected to be versatile, with multiple duties and responsibilities, including:
Plumbing: To resolve basic problems such as installing new taps, sinks, and toilets, and repairing leaks.
Electrical: replacing bulbs, rewiring sockets, installing alarms, doorbells, security cameras and thermostats.
Decorating: painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces.
Repairs and Maintenance: installing cabinets, doors, countertops and flooring including tiles, carpets or other hardwood and laminate [website] aspects including damaged window frames.
Gardening: mowing lawns, trimming hedges, bushes and trees, weeding, watering flower beds and repairing border walls and fences.
Office: Be familiar with working with a computer and multiple case management systems
Qualifications
Multiskilled (Handymen, or Maintenance Technicians) with broad variety of household jobs.

- Must live within 30 minutes drive to Slough SL2.
Experience:
- Some basic experience required - but willingness to learn and develop into the role
Must hold a full and clean UK driving license for a minumum of 2 years
Must speak English
