Dr SW Clinics is looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Nurse or highly experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our growing and professional team.

About the Role
As part of the team at Dr SW Clinics, you will support healthcare professionals and patients by helping to provide a smooth, safe, and welcoming patient experience.
Your duties may include:
- Supporting patients before, during, and after appointments
- Providing excellent patient care and reassurance
- Assisting healthcare professionals with day-to-day clinical duties
- Taking and recording patient observations, where appropriately trained
- Preparing clinical rooms and maintaining a clean and organised environment
- Assisting with patient records and administrative tasks
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Following clinic policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
- Working closely with other members of the clinical team
- Providing a professional and discreet service to all patients, including high-profile clients
What We Are Looking For
- A qualified Junior Nurse or a highly experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
- Previous experience working directly with patients
- Experience in a medical practice, GP surgery, clinic, hospital, NHS, or private healthcare sector is highly desirable
- Experience working with high-profile clients or patients would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, compassionate, patient-focused, and professional approach
- A high level of discretion and understanding of patient confidentiality
- Reliable, organised, and well presented
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
