Treatment Coordinator – Premium Private-Focused Dental Practice, Knowle, Solihull
£15.00–£17.00 per hour & Bonus Scheme | Full-Time
Are you a GDC-registered dental professional ready to step out of the surgery and into a role built around patients, relationships and treatment journeys? Knowle Smile Spa is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to be the face of the patient experience at one of the area's leading private practices — and this could be the perfect next step for an experienced dental nurse looking to grow.
We're a modern, privately-focused practice in the heart of Knowle village, offering Invisalign (Diamond Provider), Implantology, Endodontics, Sedation and Facial Aesthetics. As our TCO, you'll be the communication bridge between patient and clinician — from the very first consultation through to the celebration at the end of treatment.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering initial consultations for new patients — building rapport, understanding their goals, and presenting treatment options using visual aids, digital scans and before-and-after imagery
- Using iTero intra-oral scanner as part of the consultation experience
- Guiding patients through treatment plans, fees and finance options, and confirming financial arrangements
- Managing your own consultation diary and following up with patients who aren't ready to proceed
- Acting as patients' first point of contact for questions and concerns, handled with warmth, discretion and professionalism
- Supporting practice growth — gathering reviews and testimonials, tracking leads in management software, and working with the team on marketing and referral relationships
What we're offering
- £15.00–£17.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme rewarding your contribution to patient treatment journeys
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday daytime hours — no late evenings or weekends
- GDC registration and CPD paid
- Long service incentive scheme and staff discount on treatments
- A prestigious Knowle village location in a well-equipped, forward-thinking practice
What we're looking for
- GDC registration (essential) — an experienced dental nurse or other dental care professional ready to move into treatment coordination
- A natural relationship-builder, confident discussing treatment options and fees
- Highly professional, with excellent judgement, discretion and respect for patient confidentiality
- Organised and self-managing, comfortable running your own diary and follow-up system
- Someone who works within practice protocols and communicates openly with clinicians and management
- Previous TCO experience is a bonus, but attitude and communication matter more — we'll train the rest
