NILLO is looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery operation in Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

Van Drivers & Non-Van Drivers Welcome
Whether you already have your own suitable van or you don’t currently have a van, we want to hear from you.

- Drivers with their own suitable van
- Drivers who need a van for the role
- Experienced delivery drivers
- Drivers looking to start a career in multi-drop delivery
Van arrangements and requirements will be discussed during the recruitment process.
The Role
As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will:
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently to multiple addresses
- Complete deliveries within the required timeframes
- Follow delivery routes and instructions accurately
- Handle parcels carefully and responsibly
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Use a smartphone and delivery/navigation applications
- Communicate professionally with the team
- Maintain a high standard of punctuality and reliability throughout your working day

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- A reliable and punctual attitude
- Good communication skills
- Professional approach to customers
- Ability to work independently
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to follow delivery instructions
- Smartphone with navigation/delivery apps
- Previous multi-drop or delivery experience is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Cardiff and surrounding areas is an advantage
