Job Summary

You’ll deliver exceptional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while providing outstanding customer service that keeps clients coming back. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services such as cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments to meet client needs.
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to create complete looks.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Upsell products and services effectively to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior stylists and apprentices by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in all service areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling with strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and actively listen to clients’ preferences.
- Experience with store management or overseeing salon operations is a plus.
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions and makeup applications confidently.
- Strong mentoring skills to support team development and skill enhancement.
- Effective upselling techniques combined with excellent communication skills to promote products and services.
