Apprentice Early Years Educator
Location: Twizzle Tops Southchurch
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
The Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Apprentice Early Years Educator to join our nursery team at twizzle Tops Southchurch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and wants to develop their skills and knowledge while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a nursery environment.
You will work closely with your Room Leader and Nursery Manager, contributing to a positive team culture and ensuring best practice is embedded in everyday routines.

The Role
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced nursery team to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children through play-based learning and activities
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
- Supporting children’s individual learning and development
- Building positive and trusting relationships with children
- Assisting with daily routines, including meals, personal care and sleep times
- Encouraging children to develop their confidence, independence and social skills
- Helping to plan and provide engaging activities appropriate to children’s ages and stages of development
- Observing children and contributing to their learning records
- Working positively with colleagues, parents and carers
- Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures
- Taking part in training and completing your apprenticeship work and assessments
