Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, following safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a safe and inviting space
- Manage multiple orders efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills during busy period
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and create a lively, positive atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including serving guests with friendliness and professionalism
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting, multitasking with ease
- Basic math skills for handling payments and change accurately
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to provide excellent customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol (if applicable)
- Must be available to work weekends and event days
