Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Staff to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the hospitality industry, providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring smooth operational flow. The position is suitable for individuals with a passion for customer service, food presentation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All roles are paid, including internships, and offer valuable experience in the hospitality sector. We have both bar and waiting staff roles on offer
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent guest services to ensure a memorable experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
- Assist with food service in accordance with food safety regulations
- Set up dining areas, organise catering events, and ensure all tables are clean and well-presented
- Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including restaurant and service areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold food safety standards
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle guest enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
Skills
- Proven experience or interest in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to different roles within the hospitality setting
- Previous hotel or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory
