The Role
This is a commercial role with real ownership. You will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value chef and restaurant accounts
- Handle the full cycle: order management, relationship management, and problem resolution
- Drive new business through outbound sales and lead development
- Identify opportunities to increase spend, frequency, and product mix within existing accounts
What We Are Looking For
- Genuine interest in food and a strong curiosity about meat and provenance
- Confident on the phone. Outbound calling is part of the role
- Commercially driven, with a focus on revenue, margin, and growth
- Comfortable working at pace in a fresh food logistics environment where issues need fast resolution
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using systems including CRM, Excel, and order platforms

Location
London (hybrid). Primarily remote with regular in-person working days.
