The Titanic Hotel Liverpool is a beautifully restored landmark, set within the historic Stanley Dock Village overlooking the waters of Stanley Dock. Housed in one of Liverpool's most iconic buildings, the hotel is renowned for its unique character, exceptional service, and impressive surroundings.
We are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable Grounds Person / Handy Person to join our Property Team.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure the hotel and its grounds are maintained to the highest standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and carry out repairs to hotel equipment and facilities.
Undertake painting and decorating work as required.
Assist with the general upkeep of the hotel, grounds, and external areas.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety procedures.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar maintenance, grounds, or handyman role (essential).
Good practical maintenance skills and the ability to carry out a range of repair tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and interact professionally with hotel guests.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
