Are you an experienced Multi-Trade Engineer looking to join a growing facilities management business with a reputation for delivering exceptional service?
OO Group is looking for a reliable, skilled and customer-focused Multi-Trade Engineer to join our expanding OO FM Maintenance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial properties throughout London and the South East, carrying out planned maintenance, reactive repairs and small project works for some of the UK's leading businesses.
About the Role
As a Multi-Trade Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of maintenance across a wide range of commercial buildings.
We're looking for someone with strong all-round maintenance experience, ideally with a primary background in electrical or plumbing, supported by the ability to carry out a variety of general building maintenance tasks.
You'll work closely with our Operations Team to ensure clients receive a professional, efficient and high-quality service every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
- Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs.
- Complete small works and minor project installations.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Undertake a range of building maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
- Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Complete digital job reports and documentation.
- Support other engineers where required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Maintenance Engineer.
- A strong background in electrical or plumbing (preferred).
- Experience within commercial buildings or facilities management.
- Knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- A full UK driving licence.
