We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch hospitality. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour is essential.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Participate in catering events when required, providing excellent service in various settings.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in catering services is an advantage but not essential.
