Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organised Automotive Service Advisor to join our Glasgow team. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, helping to deliver a smooth, professional service experience from vehicle booking through to collection.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and understand their servicing or repair needs
- Schedule appointments and manage workshop bookings
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended work clearly
- Keep customers updated on progress, costs and completion times
- Coordinate with technicians, parts teams and other colleagues
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
- Process invoices, payments and warranty documentation
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs
- Follow up with customers and help resolve queries
- Support the team in meeting customer-service and business targets
Requirements:
- Customer service, retail, sales or administrative experience
- Automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not essential
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning booking systems
- Ability to manage several customer requests in a busy environment
- Positive, dependable and customer-focused approach
- Willingness to develop automotive knowledge through training

Pay: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
