Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Fencing Installer and Delivery Driver, where you’ll play a vital role in bringing quality fencing solutions to our customers while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This position offers an energetic environment that values hands-on craftsmanship, reliable transportation, and excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for installing various types of fencing, handling delivery routes efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism on every job site.
Applicant will be deemed to have their own tools; specialist equipment & PPE will be provided.
A minimum of 4 Years experience in fencing installation is essential.
Driving license essential.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver fencing materials and equipment to customer locations using company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Install a variety of fencing types, including wood, metal & concrete, utilising your carpentry, masonry, or fabrication skills.
- Prepare job sites by measuring, marking, and setting up materials for efficient installation.
- Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, post drivers, equipment to assemble and install fencing structures accurately.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation approach and ensure all work complies with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide professional guidance on fencing options.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the work vehicle and tools to ensure safety and efficiency on every job.
Skills
- Proven experience in all aspects of fencing & gate installation is essential.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with clients. Pay: £540.18-£650.00 per week
