We are looking to recruit a new teacher to join our fun and vibrant teaching team.
We offer a full & comprehensive modular training package which isn’t for the faint-hearted but produces the best teachers in the industry. This course has recently been overhauled to include Learn to Swim Level 2 qualifications alongside the Baby & Preschool Qualifications.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

In return we will give you the following:
- Full training (costs covered by us) package including Swim England qualifications & a diploma in baby swimming – the only type of its kind!
- Term time working hours 40-44 weeks per year with 8-12 weeks off

- Great hourly rate of pay £18.50/hr (Starting Salary)
The hours per week are to be determined in line with our upcoming new venues & your availability but *will* include at least one weekend day & total at least 5 hrs & at most 15 hrs per week.
A person with their own transportation is essential due to the location of pools & the kit required to teach. We're looking for someone happy to travel around the Warwickshire area, specifically Coventry (CV2 & CV3), Kenilworth (CV8) & Meriden (CV7) areas and we may require you to do additional or alternative hours at other pools across Warwickshire.
