We are looking for a carer to work preferably in a house with experience as a carer or nurse
Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Administer medication in accordance with prescribed care plans and medical instructions
- Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met
- Support with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Respond promptly to emergencies using first aid skills when necessaryQualifications
- Proven experience in senior care, dementia care, or hospice environments is preferred
- Certification in first aid is essential
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Experience working within a care home, assisted living facility, or home care setting is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage behaviour effectively
