About the Role
As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for building relationships with prospective holiday homeowners and guiding them through every stage of the ownership journey. You'll engage with prospective customers both face-to-face and over the phone, identifying and following up on sales opportunities while showcasing our range of holiday homes. You'll help customers understand the benefits of holiday home ownership, deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout their journey, and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Above all, you'll build strong, lasting relationships with our holiday homeowners, creating trust and loyalty long after the sale is complete.

We're looking for a people-focused individual who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. You'll have excellent communication and listening skills, a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment. If you're motivated by achieving results, enjoy making a difference, and love creating great customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience selling holiday homes or other high-value products
- Experience making outbound sales calls and booking appointments
- Previous success in a target-driven sales environment
