Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Helper to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily tasks, promote independence, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. What We require
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- A valid driving licence and your own car
- A good level of English – both written and spoken
- Be able to work two weekend dates a month (This is chosen in advance and is flexible to you)
- You must have a mobile phone with access to 4G/5G
Responsibilities
- Support with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organisation
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prompt medication with reminders and health-related routines as needed
- Prompting personal care (No Personal Care Performance)
- Accompany clients on outings or appointments to promote social engagement
- Report any concerns or changes in client condition to relevant healthcare professionals or family members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in care or the doemestic sector is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures within a home setting
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules
- A valid driving licence is mandatory, plus access to your own vehicle

Pay: £12.80-£17.92 per hour
