Triple Co Roast are on the lookout for their next experienced coffee professional with a passion for specialty coffee and a strong background in customer service to join our partnerships team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a travelling, relationship focused sales role. You will be out in the field building meaningful partnerships with cafés, hospitality venues, and wholesale clients while representing our brand and helping grow our presence.
You will be based primarily on the road, with around 1 days per week at either our Bristol roastery or our London hub depending on your location for tastings, team collaboration, and admin catch up. Our West London hub is set to open in Q3 2026, providing an additional base for our growing team.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Develop customised proposals to secure new partnerships and enhance current collaborations.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our coffee brand.
- Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
- Provide insights and reports on partnership performance and sales metrics for senior management.
Requirements
- Proactively seek out and develop new wholesale coffee partnership opportunities
- Consistently onboard 1 to 2 new partner accounts per week
- Generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, and in person outreach
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of prospective partners
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to pitching, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements
- Effectively manage and grow existing partner relationships while onboarding new accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale partners, delivering a high level of service and support
- Conduct regular account visits, tastings, and training to ensure quality and partner success
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Support partners with machine selection, financing options, and tailored equipment packages
- Prepare and present machine quotes and variable pricing structures based on client needs
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience
- Track and manage sales pipeline, performance, and activity
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Represent Triple Co. Roast at events, tastings, and networking opportunities
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
