Torfaen Community Transport is looking for a reliable and friendly Schools / Community Transport Driver to join our team.
This is a rewarding role transporting pupils safely to and from school on a designated minibus route, helping provide a dependable and caring transport service.
Hours
- 16 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Term-time only
- Occasional overtime available
Main Responsibilities
- Safely transport pupils on a designated route.
- Assisting with other community tarnsport work when required
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
- Ensure passengers travel safely and comfortably.
- Maintain a punctual and professional service.
- Follow all road traffic regulations and company procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with D or D1 entitlement.
- Excellent driving record and commitment to safety.
- Friendly, reliable and professional attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
