The Walton Centre Therapy service offers excellent development opportunities for ambitious Physiotherapists who strive for professional excellence.
We need a clinically experienced, specialist physiotherapist with a strong interest in Neurosciences Critical Care and Acute Respiratory Medicine to provide advanced clinical leadership and support to our specialist multi-disciplinary team within the Trust.
You will have excellent leadership and organisational skills, be a strong team player and have a flexible approach to service delivery and operational management. You will have a strong commitment to CPD and your clinical and professional development will be supported through regular appraisals and training.
Establish and manage a complex clinical caseload as appropriate to the service
To clinically lead and influence the critical care / respiratory physiotherapy service ensuring advanced level clinical intervention and specialist evidenced based care.
To work collaboratively with other clinicians, including medical and nursing staff to influence service development and ensure quality of care is delivered
To lead on the provision of clinical education and training to other health care professionals both internal and external to the Trust
To influence and lead research, innovation and professional development for self and others.
