About the role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Office & Management Support Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, creating professional documents and supporting senior management with the day-to-day running of the business.
Working closely with the management team, you will assist in maintaining company systems, updating documentation and ensuring office processes remain organised and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Create, update and maintain company forms, templates and checklists.
- Prepare professional documents, letters, reports and presentations.
- Assist in maintaining company policies and procedures.
- Update project and company documentation as required.
- Manage electronic filing systems and ensure documents are kept up to date.
- Support the preparation of tender and project documentation.
- Maintain registers, trackers and internal spreadsheets.
- Monitor and organise company records and documentation.
- Order office stationery and supplies.
- Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries when required.
- Welcome visitors and provide general office support.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to produce professional documents to a high standard.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Professional and reliable.
Desirable
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience creating forms, templates, checklists or company documentation.
- Experience working within a construction or professional office environment (desirable but not essential).
