Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales, operations, and supplier coordination activities. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in keeping processes running smoothly and ensuring accurate documentation across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
· Maintain accurate records within company CRM system
· Assisting the sales team with quotes, inquiries and customer communications
· Handle daily sales administration tasks to ensure smooth operations
· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers / suppliers
· Learn about the product range and industry
· Process job invoicing and maintain records
· Handle general enquiries and answer incoming calls
Supplier & Purchasing
· Maintain supplier price lists and records
· Lead end to end purchasing, from order management to delivery scheduling
· Work closely with Goods In to optimise stock flow and availability
· Check and resolve any supplier queries
Operations & Workshop Support
· Provide operational support and cover including where required
· Liaise with the workshop team on job requirements
· Assist with general job coordination
General Administration
· Support domestic shipping when required
· Ensure all records are accurate, organised, and audit-ready
· Improve systems, processes and ways of working
Requirements
· Experience in administration, sales support, or operations
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Confident communicator (phone and email)
· Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Good IT skills (Excel and basic systems)
