UKLS is an established company specialising in IT infrastructure to private and public organisations.
We are currently recruiting an Admin Assistant to join our Accounts/Admin team on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Purchase Ledger work , processing, verifying supplier statements and query work
- Sales Ledger, raising invoices, tracking PO's, allocating payments
- Credit control including resolving customer queries
- Assist with Stock management and control
- Competent in Sage – Ideally Sage 200.
- Experienced at working to tight deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner
- Capability to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintain accuracy
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer applications for data entry and document processing.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management tasks is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
