The Opportunity & Your Trajectory
As an Entry-Level Teaching Assistant, you will step directly into dynamic classroom environments, working alongside experienced educators to support learning and build student confidence. This is not a static support role; it is a practical, hands-on apprenticeship for your future. Many of our team members use this exact placement as a launchpad for long-term careers in:
- Primary and Secondary Teaching (QTS pathways)
- Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Learning Support
- Pastoral Care, Youth Provision, and Behavior Support
On a day-to-day basis, your role will involve running small group interventions, keeping pupils focused and engaged, supporting positive classroom routines, and providing consistent encouragement. The strongest support staff understand a fundamental truth: small, consistent moments of connection create a massive, long-term impact on a child's educational journey.
