Associate Domiciliary Dentist (Locum) – Flexible Working Available | Greater Manchester & North West | Join a Team That's Changing Lives
Dentist-2u is expanding, and we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Associate Domiciliary Dentist to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Dental Council (GDC) registered dentist, Associate Dentist, Locum Dentist, or PLVE Dentist looking for flexible work while making a genuine difference to patients who struggle to access traditional dental services.
You'll provide high-quality dental care to patients in care homes and their own homes across Greater Manchester and the North West, supported by a Dental Nurse at every clinic.

About the Role
As a Domiciliary Dentist, you'll deliver high-quality dental care to patients who are unable to attend a dental practice due to age, disability or medical conditions.
Your duties will include:
- Oral health examinations
- Treatment planning
- Preventive dentistry
- Simple restorative treatments
- Denture assessments and adjustments
- Extractions (where appropriate)
- Working closely with care home staff, patients and relatives
- Maintaining accurate digital clinical records
- Delivering exceptional patient-centred care
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- GDC registered
- Holds appropriate professional indemnity
- Holds an Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Caring, compassionate and patient-focused
- Comfortable working within care homes and patients' own homes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently while supported by a Dental Nurse
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Previous domiciliary experience is welcomed but not essential.
