Are you an experienced Workshop Supervisor, Joinery Supervisor, Joinery Team Leader or Senior Bench Joiner looking for your next career move?
Our client is a growing manufacturer of bespoke timber doors, frames and panels, supplying high-end commercial and residential projects. They are looking for a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead a skilled joinery team and oversee daily workshop production.

Supervise and motivate bench joiners, sprayers and workshop operatives

Plan and coordinate workshop production and workflow

Read technical drawings, specifications and cutting lists
-
Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship and productivity

Monitor production targets, deadlines and material waste

Manage Health & Safety procedures
-
Conduct performance reviews, coaching and employee management
-
Manage attendance, timekeeping and holidays
-
Work closely with senior management and the wider manufacturing team

Experience in joinery, woodworking, furniture manufacturing or timber doors/frames
-
Previous supervisory, team leader or workshop management experience
-
Strong people management and communication skills

Good understanding of Health & Safety

Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills

Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
-
Able to work independently and make confident decisions
Own transport is essential due to the location.

£40,000-£46,000 DOE

Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-4:00pm
-
Friday: 7:00am-3:15pm
