We're currently looking for a new Onboarding & Enablement Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring new partners are onboarded quickly, efficiently, and with minimal friction, enabling them to trade as soon as possible.
This role focuses on streamlining onboarding processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering a high-quality partner experience.
You will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, coordinate across internal teams, and continuously improve workflows to reduce time-to-trade while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
Please note - This role is fixed term, maternity cover position, for a period of 9-12 months.
What you'll be doing
Partner Onboarding
Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, from contract execution to go-live.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners during onboarding, providing clear guidance, updates, and support.
Enablement & Readiness
Ensure partners are fully enabled to trade by coordinating training, tools, documentation, and system access.
Deliver or coordinate onboarding sessions, walkthroughs, and enablement materials.
Process Streamlining & Efficiency
Continuously review onboarding and enablement processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and duplication.
Implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate partner onboarding.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Operations, Product, Compliance, and Technical teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Manage onboarding dependencies and ensure timely handoffs between teams.
Skills and Experience Required
Essential skills:
Experience in onboarding, enablement, operations, or partner/customer coordination roles.
Strong organisational and process management skills with a focus on efficiency and execution.
Proven ability to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
