First for care Ltd is looking for a registered care home manager to run a care home which is registered for a total of 37 beds. The care home are located in Ripley Derbyshire, a small town just situated off the A38, with great connections to M1 North and South.. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, must have experience and preferred to have level 5 in social care (management and leadership).
About the role of Care Home Manager:
- Previous experience as a Care Home Manager within a care home setting leading and developing strong teams
- Preferred Level 5 Leadership and Management
- Passion and drive to always deliver ‘outstanding’ care
- Improving customer experience through measured outcomes
- Understand and work through KPI's monthly
- Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Sound business acumen and experience in managing budgets
