MoJ Bookings Administrator
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (Fully office-based)

What you'll be doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the MOJ team.
- Producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Assisting with management information (MI) and data reporting.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Sending secure information to the Ministry of Justice via secure email systems.
- Supporting MOJ Coordinators with reporting, filing and cross-referencing information.
- Monitoring and ordering stock for different departments.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
- Calm under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about delivering excellent administrative support.

What you’ll receive:
