Nursery Practitioner – Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21
Salary: £13.00–£15.50 per hour / Up to £36,270 per year (depending on experience, qualifications and age)
Hours: 36, 40 or 45 hours over 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round
Please note: We cannot accommodate term-time or school-hours working.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, family-owned nursery in Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21.
We provide high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a warm, nurturing environment where children learn through play, exploration and strong partnerships with families. We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated team and help children grow, develop and reach their full potential every day.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS
- Lead by example, promoting high standards across the nursery
- Plan and deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Work collaboratively as part of the nursery team
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous Nursery Practitioner or Early Years experience
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
- Eligible to work in the UK
