Town and Country Care (Whitby) Ltd are looking for a lifestyle assistant to join our team. The role will involve supporting elderly and vulnerable clients within our 9 bed unit.
Job incentives:
- Higher rates of pay for NVQ trained staff ranging from £12.40 -£15.10 depending on experience
- Overtime premium for covering holidays and absence.
- Bank Holiday paid at time and a half, Christmas Day double-time.
- Set minimum hours per shift to compensate for cancellations, hospitalisations or gaps.

Duties include:
- Meal and drink Preparation
- One to one client support
- Social time with all clients
- Cleaning of our home
- Laundry
