Registered Nurse (RGN/RCN) – Complex Care | Hampshire
Locations: Southampton, Portsmouth & surrounding areas
Pay: Up to £39.50 per hour (enhanced rates available)
Shifts: Days & Nights (Monday–Sunday)
Settings: Family homes, Educational environments, Community care
About the Role
Unity Care Solutions is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RGN/RCN) with active NMC registration to support children and adults with complex health needs across Hampshire. You will work closely with a small number of clients, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care within their own homes and community settings.
Shifts are available seven days a week, up to 12 hours in duration. Regular commitment is required to ensure continuity of care.
We would like to hear from you if you have 1+ years experience in the following complex skills:
- Tracheostomy care
- Enteral feeding (PEG/JEJ)
- Ventilation support (BiPAP/CPAP)
- Oral and deep suctioning
- Epilepsy management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year post‑qualification experience in complex care
- Active NMC registration
- Experience with paediatric and/or adult clients
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Enhanced DBS
- Full driving licence and access to a car
