Pay: £12.82 per hour + paid mileage

We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Bank Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join our domiciliary care team, providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes across Colchester and the surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care in clients' own homes.
- Assist with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
- Support with medication (following training and company policies).
- Prepare meals and encourage hydration and nutrition.
- Assist with mobility and daily living activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Complete accurate electronic care records.
- Report any changes or concerns regarding a client's wellbeing.
Essential Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A caring, reliable and professional approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if required.
