MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd is seeking an ambitious, analytical and commercially minded Head of Planning & Business Processes to lead our TopUsed function.
This is a pivotal role where data-driven decision making meets commercial performance. You will be responsible for planning, forecasting, pricing, residual value management and strategic vehicle return processes across our used truck and van business, ensuring robust governance, transparency and risk control to support sustainable value creation.
Working closely with Sales, Product Management and Munich headquarters, you will drive structured planning, pricing strategies and residual value steering, while continuously improving vehicle return processes and cross-functional alignment.
We are looking for a commercially strong leader with proven experience in used vehicles, pricing, planning or residual value management. You will bring strong analytical capability, a strategic mindset and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
