About the Role
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Front of House Security Officer to provide a welcoming and secure environment at a prestigious corporate site. This role combines exceptional customer service with security responsibilities, ensuring visitors, colleagues and contractors receive a first-class experience while maintaining site security standards.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a professional front-of-house security presence at reception, speed lanes and entrance points
- Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service
- Manage access control procedures and issue temporary passes
- Monitor cycle entrance activity and prevent unauthorised access
- Conduct reception, front-of-house and health & safety patrols
- Support evacuations, emergency response and incident management
- Report security concerns, faults and health & safety issues
- Assist with visitor management, contractor access and operational support tasks
Essential Requirements

Current SIA Door SupervisorLicenceor above
- Minimum one year experience in a customer service, reception or corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and high standards of customer service
- Good IT skills and ability to learn site security systems
- Ability to remain calm, professional and vigilant during incidents
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional conduct
Desirable Experience

Corporate security or front-of-house security experience
- Reception,concierge or visitor management experience
- Experience using Lenel OnGuard access control systems
- Experience working in a high-profile corporate environment
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and access control processes
