As our new Contracting Support & Product Coordinator you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of key contract information by supporting and assisting the Contract Managers. Take responsibility for specific suppliers dealing with any supplier queries and issues within those areas.
Furthermore, to source and develop new product opportunities & develop new products, whilst maintaining in-house systems. Continually build, nurture and maintain key supplier relationships. Opportunity to learn new skills and develop by working closely with various departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Collate, load and maintain supplier information for attraction suppliers.
- Maintain and improve product knowledge and relationships with key suppliers, organising supplier training & opportunities to attend trade events.
- Researching & sourcing of new attraction products.
- Primary point of contact for contracted & ad-hoc attraction suppliers.
- Resolve supplier-related queries and issues, working closely with various departments.
- Provide professional and high levels of service, internally and externally at all times.
- Contracting administration and provide support for the Contract Managers, various administrative tasks.
- Opportunities to support & work on various tasks relating to both attraction and hotel suppliers.

Working Hours
This is a full-time role, initially based in our head office in Larkfield. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Pay: £27,690.00 per year
